Neck and shoulder mobility

For a few months now I've been having myofascial release treatment from Regina, for neck and shoulder mobility issues. My neck and shoulders have never felt better. The stiffness has gone in my neck and pretty much full mobility has returned. I couldn't be more pleased with it all!
